Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional and confident voice, free from excessive perkiness or salesmanship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of trucking industry and company setup
- Proficiency in using RingCentral, GoHighLevel, and other relevant tools
